Chef De Partie

  • Assist the Senior Chef on duty with storage, preparation and cooking of all food items.

    Prepare ingredients for cooking as directed by senior chefs.

    Ensure that mise en place is completed in your section.

    Prepare menu items in collaboration with colleagues.

    Follow the guidance of the senior chef on duty and input on new ways of presentation or dishes.
