  • Working as part of the reservations team and closely with the restaurant managers and head chefs of the restaurants under their responsibility to ensure the diary is maximised, the correct promotions and menus are running and be the administration arm of their team, based at the support office in Glasgow. They will also process all bookings, group booking, special events, meal deal offers and promotions for the business

  • Great communications skills to enable effective working relationships with restaurant managers and suppliers.

    Dealing with all aspects of cash flow within each restaurant. Liasing with suppliers regarding payments.

  • Liaising with management teams in our restaurants to identify recruitment needs.

    Managing recruitment process and interviewing candidates.

    Assisting management teams in onboarding process, including right to work checks and new staff inductions

    Collaborating with Head of People and the Marketing department to create and manage effective recruitment strategies

    Communicating with candidates via telephone, email, and other channels such as social media and networking events.

  • Working within the marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering marketing communications across all brands, both online and offline.

  • Knowledgeable of all IT equipment. Great communication skills to deal with all levels of managment within the company.

    Providing resturants and Head office with IT support via telephone/email and in-person. As well as installation of all IT equipment, telephone systems and internet access.
