The DRG is Scotland’s largest independently owned restaurant group with locations in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Manchester and Belfast and further expansion plans both north and south of the border confirmed for 2017.
The company was founded 32 years ago with the opening of the first Di Maggio’s in Glasgow West End in 1985 and has steadily expanded to now include 18 restaurants over 7 brands employing 900+ staff. Our brands are Di Maggio’s, Amarone, Café Andaluz, The Anchor Line, Atlantic Brasserie, Barolo Grill and Cadiz.
With 4 new locations already signed up for the coming calendar year, finding new team members with the skills we need to support our existing business and new openings is increasingly challenging. Our vision is to recruit ambitious individuals with a strong desire to succeed and give them the right training to take both our company and their careers forward.
The DRG is an accredited SQA Centre and we proudly offer our team members the opportunity to undertake a Modern Apprenticeship in Hospitality. We operate a 360 training model that not only provides our team members with the skills to undertake their roles with confidence but equips them with skills and product knowledge that will help them advance their careers in the future.
